Refund policy

At Blondesilk, we want you to love your wig. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued within 7 days of receiving your wig. After this grace period, we will no longer process refunds.
  • We do not refund any wig that has been altered in any way by the customer: eg heat, colour, washed, lace cut, gel, hair products etc
  • If you are unhappy with your wig, please thoroughly inspect your wig, notify us within the 7 day window and we will assist you with the refund process.
  • We only accept returns if the wig is faulty or damaged by us.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges once the wig has been worn, altered, or if the lace has been cut by the customer.
  • Exchanges will only be processed once we have received the returned wig. Please ensure that you ship it back to us before requesting an exchange.
  • exchanges will be granted for the same wig (for example if you ordered the wrong size) or a wig of the same value. If the wig’s value is less than what you have ordered we have the right to reject the exchange. If the value is higher than your order, remaining payment must be made to finalise the order. 

Custom Orders

  • Due to the personalised nature of custom wig orders, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these items. This policy is non-negotiable.

Return Conditions

  • We do not accept returns if the wig has been worn, washed, dyed, styled, tinted, or had hair products applied.
  • All wigs must be in their original condition upon return. If there is any evidence of wear or alteration, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Inspection

  • We strongly recommend inspecting your wig thoroughly before trying it on. If you have any concerns or doubts, please contact us immediately.

Incorrect Measurements

  • If the incorrect measurements were provided for a custom wig, the cost of repair or replacement (including shipping and handling) will be the responsibility of the buyer.


We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
