All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Custom wig orders may take up to 10-14 business days to be processed and shipped, as each wig is crafted to your specifications.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
International Shipping: Delivery times may vary and can take 7-21 business days depending on your destination. Please note that customs delays may occur.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipping.

We take great care to ensure your wig arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In the case of a lost or damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Blondesilk is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
