Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Custom wig orders may take up to 10-14 business days to be processed and shipped, as each wig is crafted to your specifications.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times may vary and can take 7-21 business days depending on your destination. Please note that customs delays may occur.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
  • We only ship to valid residential or business addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We take great care to ensure your wig arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In the case of a lost or damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
  • Blondesilk is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
